We, BIGKIND, are an SA8000 accredited integrated textiles and garment manufacturer. We own a Weaving Mill, a Dyeing and Printing Mill, a Garment Factory and Laundry Facilities. Our total production constitutes over 30,000 square meters and 2000 working staff with over 100 million invested in machinery. We produce over 100,000 garments per month from yarn. We specialize in women’s high fashion including dresses, skirts, pants, jackets and coats. We work closely with a number of European brands including French Connection, Nicole Farhi, S.Oliver, Adolfo, Bizz Bee, Dimensioni, Bull&Bear, and Club Monaco for over a decade.
Using Korean imported techniques, material and quality, we have the closeknit collaboration that it takes in our print & dye factory to maintain the quality of the finish.
After years of cooperating with foreign customers, we understood that the best way to offer quality products on time was to provide a one stop manufacturing solution. In the late 90s, we set up our own facilities to produce ribs, ribbons, metal buttons, plastic bags and carton boxes. In 2000, we started our own laundry to offer garment dyeing and washed products to our customers. In 2002, we integrated backwards and set up a dyeing and printing mill. Most recently, we acquired a Weaving Mill in Suzhou. Today, we manage over 20 processes along the fashion production chain.
In the Future, we are planning to further extend our production to yarn spinning and cotton planting. Then we will become a true one-stop garment manufacturer and we can have full control of our product quality. In addition, we continuously upgrade our research and development team, a team with in-depth knowledge and experience of the whole production chain that keeps on developing new technologies.
